Navrh elektrického stohovacího a destohovacího zařízení pro euro palety

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of equipment for stacking and unstacking 20 empty pallets intended for installation in the line above the roller conveyor for the company D A S spol. s. r. o. The introductory part deals with the analysis of the issue of palletizing and dosing equipment. Furthermore, variants of a possible solution for individual main nodes of the device are processed, from which the most optimal solution was selected. The next part of the work is a design proposal of the whole facility, including a description and principle of operation. Subsequently, the work is a detailed elaboration of individual structural nodes with a proposed solution. In the last part of the work, the strength control of individually designed elements of the device is performed. The appendices include a design drawing of the entire device as well as assembly drawings of selected main nodes of the device.
