Racionalizace systému řízení údržby

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the racionalization of the maintenance management system in the company Huta Bankowa. At the beginning, the theoretical basics of TPM are worked out, which will be used in the further chapters as the ideal state. The real state is described in chapter two. The third chapter assesses the real state with the ideal conditions, which were explained in the first part of the thesis. The explored state is used in the following proposition for a solution of the maintenance management system. This solution links to the shortcomes explored in the assessing section. The most suitable approach is chosen for a possible alternative solution. A criticism of the own proposition follows, which should prove the feasibility of this proposition. In the summary, the whole work is summarized.
