Abstract

The diploma thesis describes the design of a hydraulic crusher. The work begins with the theoretical part, I which started to write the recycling of construction waste, then I described the construction of hydraulic crushers and their use. The largest part of the introduction describes the division of individual crushers and the writing of their parameters in clear tables. The following chapters of the design itself, there are two main ones, one describes the detailed design of the crusher body containing the calculation of important parts, including crusher force analysis and FEM inspection, and the second chapter describes the design of the hydraulic motor with the calculation of individual components. One supplementary chapter describes the storage of moving parts and is interspersed with both main chapters.
