Statická deformace a namáhání předepnuté železniční podkladnice.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá statickou deformací a namáháním předepnuté železniční podkladnice využívané za účelem zvětšení kontaktní plochy mezi kolejnicí a pražcem. Na začátku této práce je popsán rozbor všech zatížení působící na podkladnici a popis experimentu pro výpočet deformací a namáhání předepnuté podkladnice. V další části se práce zabývá modelováním jednotlivých prvků modelu. Modelování, dále i výpočty předepnutí a namáhání podkladnice metodou konečných prvků jsou prováděny pomocí programu Ansys. Nakonec je uvedeno zhodnocení výsledků.

The bachelor thesis deals with the static deformation and loading of the pre-stressed rail seatign used to increase the contact surface between the rail and sleeper. At the beginning of this work describes the analysis of loads on the base plates and a description of the experiment to calculate the deformation and stress prestressed plates. In another part of the work deals with modeling individual elements of the model. Modeling and calculations of stress and prestress plates the finite element method are performed using software ANSYS. Finally, it is stated evaluation results.
