Rekonstrukce brusného zařízení vad plechů

Abstract

This thesis is dealing with a reconstruction of a movable grinding device for removing defects from steel plates after rolling. The introduction describes device functions simply. Research includes grinders and equipment for removing defect from steel plates after rolling. Than the thesis is dealing with examples of the most used machine tools spindles. In the next step there is an evaluation of actually used grinders, on the basis of which carries out the design of structural modifications of device. After that a specific variant of modifications is selected and further processed. The drive, spindle bearing, machine frame and service parts facilities are solved. The most important components are described in the thesis. The parts of machine are subjected to stress analysis. The result of the work is the plan of the proposed facility.
