Využití biologických testů toxicity pro vodní organismy v rámci prevence závažných havárií

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is the choice of main contaminators with the potential to cause a water accident in the Moravian and Silesian region and an interpretation of toxicity tests performed according ČSN EN ISO 6341 with Daphnia magna organism. The theoretical passage is concentrated to an explanation of main terms, accidents implicating water pollution, biological toxicity tests and standard tests of acute toxicity. The practical passage is dedicated to selection of tested substances, technique of tests and results evaluation.
