dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je výběr hlavních kontaminantů s potenciálem způsobit havárii na vodách v Moravskoslezském kraji a následné vyhodnocení testů toxicity provedených dle ČSN EN ISO 6341 na organismu Daphnia magna. Po vysvětlení základních pojmů se teoretická část zaměřuje na havárie způsobující znečištění vodních toků, rozdělení biologických testů toxicity a charakterizování standardních testů akutní toxicity. Praktická část popisuje výběr testovaných látek, postup prováděných testů, získané výsledky a jejich vyhodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this master thesis is the choice of main contaminators with the potential to cause a water accident in the Moravian and Silesian region and an interpretation of toxicity tests performed according ČSN EN ISO 6341 with Daphnia magna organism. The theoretical passage is concentrated to an explanation of main terms, accidents implicating water pollution, biological toxicity tests and standard tests of acute toxicity. The practical passage is dedicated to selection of tested substances, technique of tests and results evaluation.en
