Racionalizace frézování tvarových ploch s využitím CAM systému

Abstract

This thesis deals with milling of free form surfaces at different values of tool path tolerances created in the CAM system. The introductionary part of the thesis present manufactured part and explain reason for the implementation of the epexeriment. Following part of this thesis is devoted to the experiment itself where is gradually described the whole process of experiment with a description of used devices and cutting tools. The experiment consists in machining a part designed for the experiment at different values of toolpath tolerances created in the CAM system. The subject of the research is the influence of the size of the tolerance on the geometric accuracy and roughness of the machined surface. The last part of thesis is the evaluation of the experiment based on the measured values.
