Planetový diferenciál

Abstract

This master´s thesis aims to design a gearbox that will be used for driving an overhead crane. This gearbox will contain some form of a differential in its mechanism to compensate the need for different revolution speeds on the crane´s wheels while they are being asymmetrically worn out. In the introduction, various differentials and their use in industrial gearboxes are described. After, the concept of the gearbox and it´s basic parameters are chosen. In the next section, parameters of all the gears, shafts and bearings are determined and checked for static and fatigue stress safety. After the calculation part of the thesis, there is a segment explaining in depth all design solutions and features of the gearbox. The final parts are conclusion and evaluation of the accomplishment of the assigned terms.
