Abstract

The thesis deals with study of corrosion protection hot-dip galvanized structures coating containing nanoparticles. The theoretical part describes corrosion of materials, hot - dip galvanizing, duplex system protection, nanotechnology, nature of coatings which contains nanoparticles and adhesion of coating substance. In experimental part, it was tested coating´s material, which was applied on hot-dip galvanized experimental samples. Experimental samples were subjected to accelerated laboratory tests and long-term tests in natural conditions. The coating has reached satisfactory results and is appropriate for corrosion protection of hot-dip galvanized structures.
