Ověření mechanických vlastností galvanických zinkových povlaků vyloučených z kyselých Zn lázní

The thesis focuses on acid alcalic baths which are one of the major production processes in MEP Postřelmov company. That is the reason why I have focused on observation of mechanical properties of zircon layers galvanic protection released from acid zircon baths. These zircon layers were created in MEP Postřelmov. Using the knowledge in galvanic technolofy field, a technological process of samples preparation, machinery for layer adjustment and specification of different compositions and properties of acid zinc baths was selected. The experimental part deals with determination of mechanical properties of zircon layers, that included adhesion, solidity and abrasion.
