Porovnání měřicích metod pro kontrolu kvality dílů

Abstract

Master thesis is focus on measurement of optical measuring system ATOS Triple Scan 16M and coordinate measuring machine Wenzel LH 65 - X3M Premium. In the theoretical part there is a division of measuring systems, where the emphasis is mainly on the division of optical systems. Furthermore, there are described coordinate measuring machines. The practical part is focus on the comparison between these systems, where a series of measurements was made for each of them, then the sample mean and the total uncertainty for each machine were calculated. Subsequently, the results were compared and the usability of the measuring system emerged.
