Tester zámků s lineárním posuvem pro zrychlený životnostní test

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem testovacího přípravku, který bude sloužit pro testování životnosti zámku posuvných dveří automobilů. V úvodu práce jsou shrnuty informace o automobilových zámcích a testech, které se na nich provádějí. Dále je popsán a zhodnocen původní návrh přípravku, který se ve firmě nachází. V hlavní části je popsán návrh mého konstrukčního řešení. To obsahuje odůvodnění volby jednotlivých komponent jako je návrh lineárního pohonu nebo lineárního vedení. Vybrané díly jsou analyzovány pomocí MKP metody. Pro celý přípravek je zhotovena cenová kalkulace a výkresová dokumentace.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of testing unit, that will be used for testing the durability of a car sliding door latch. In the beginning of the thesis, there is summary of information about car latches and tests, that are performed on them. Then, the original testing unit used in company is described and evaluated. The main part of the thesis describes my own design solution. It includes the justification of the choise of individual components as design of linear actuator or linear guides. Selected parts are analyzed using the FEM method. A price calculation and technical documentation is prepared for the entire design.
