Návrh technologie výroby prototypové součásti Glider

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem prototypu rybářské nástrahy Glider. V úvodní části práce je popsán současný stav součásti zahrnující stanovení terminologie a základní přehled výroby. Dále je zde zobrazen přehled procesu výroby v CAD/CAM systémech. Převážná část přehledu se zabývá problematikou výroby prototypu pomocí progresivní technologie 3D tisku - Rapid Prototyping. V praktické části diplomové práce je vytvořen grafický návrh prototypu součásti dle zadání. Technologie výroby prototypu je navržena a poté vyrobena pomocí CNC frézky a vyzkoušena. Poslední část popisuje postup výroby prototypu, dle navržené technologie.

This thesis describes the design of the prototype Glider fishing lures. In the introductory part of the paper describes the current status of components, including the determination of the basic terminology and an overview of production. Furthermore, there is shown an overview of the production process in CAD / CAM systems. The bulk of the report deals with the production using advanced technology prototype 3D printing - Rapid Prototyping. In the practical part of the work is created graphic design prototype parts to specification. Production technology prototype is designed, manufactured using CNC milling machines and tested. The last section describes an overview of the production prototype, according to the proposed technology.
