Analýza systému odměňování a motivace v příspěvkové organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis analyses the system of employee motivation and remuneration in a public contributory organisation – the Leisure Centre Klíč in Frýdek-Místek. The aim is to assess employee satisfaction with the current system, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and propose measures to enhance motivation and team stability. The research is based on a questionnaire survey, an interview with the director, and a SWOT analysis. The results show overall employee satisfaction but also highlight the need to improve internal communication, benefit transparency, and career development. Based on the findings, concrete recommendations were formulated with respect to financial and legal constraints, including regular appraisal interviews, support for non-financial recognition, and an expanded range of low-cost benefits.
