Sekundární vytvrzování svarového spoje oceli T24

Abstract

This thesis deals with the process of hardening of steel T24 weld in simulated operation. During the experiment the samples of weld were used in simulated operation in temperatures 500°C respectively 550°C. After the simulations their hardness was tested. Then, the microstrukture of weld was studied as well. The aim of this thesis is to confirm the existence of a secondary hardening of steel T24 weld without a post-weld heat treatment. The comparison of the hardening process of tempered and non-tempered weld shows that heat treatment in form of tempering done after welding is an essential precondition for a safe operation of components of power-producing devices made from the steel T24.
