Návrh a realizace řídicího sytému vzorkovací stanice s automatickým sledováním vzorků pomocí RFID

Abstract

The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a control system for a sampling station with automatic sample tracking using RFID technology. The subject of the work is a real cement sampling station at the Mokrá plant of CARMEUSE CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o., which does not track samples. Based on the observed condition of this sampling station, a new PLC-based control system from WAGO was designed in the theoretical part of the thesis. The necessary hardware and software resources were designed for the new control system. The practical part of the work, to verify the functionality of the designed control system, is the realization of a laboratory model of the sampling station. The laboratory model of the sampling station is composed of a cabinet part, a model of the sampling station and an HMI panel, for displaying the current state of the model. Parts of the sampling station model were created by 3D printing technology.
