Abstract
The objective of the Master Thesis is develop methodology for the Configuration, Change and Release Management in Software Company. Solution is based on standard requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1 and the use of ITIL – “best practices”. The result is a set of documents describing the processes, their links and suggestions for improvement. The work was developed in the company DOXXbet, Ltd.
