dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce je vypracovanie návrhu ako postupovať pri konfiguračnom manažmente, manažmente zmien a manažmente vydaní v softwarovej firme. Pri riešení vychádzame z požiadaviek normy ISO/IEC 20001 a využívame metodiku ITIL - “best practise“. Výsledkom je súbor dokumentov popisujúcich dané procesy, ich prepojenie a návrhy na zlepšenie.
