Charakteristiky chování pevných biopaliv na pohyblivém roštu

Abstract

The introduction presents the basic technology of industrial boilers and its application in practice with an emphasis on the grate firing. According requirements from Vyncke a test rig is designed to simulate the flow of primary combustion air through a layer of fuel on the grate. The methodology of measurement is explained, for both the grate itself and the grate with fuel. The principles of measurement are also explained, including a description for the device used to determine main characteristics. The characteristics of the fuel bed resistance are discussed in function of bed height for each fuel. Pressure drop calculation is solved using Ergun equation.
