Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the internal marketing personnel cleaning company and find out how a company in the marketing personnel to support the loyalty of existing employees. The purpose of this thesis is the future of the above findings suggest and recommend measures that will lead to satisfaction and loyalty of employees, which will result in a reduction in turnover, as only a happy employee equals a loyal employee. A suitable method for achieving the thesis seems to be questioning.
