The thesis deals with the detection of the technical state of a traverser for rail vehicles by using methods for technical diagnosis, namely vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and shaft alignment. The thesis is divided into six sections. In the first section we will find the basic information about company where the measurement took place. The second section presents and explains the given issue. The third section deals with theoretical issue of vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and alignment. The content of the fourth section is the process of measuring and processing measured values by the means of vibrodiagnostics. The fifth section addresses tribodiagnostics of oils from gearboxes and hydraulic oils from presses. The sixth section describes alignment and the measurement of misalignment.
