Optimální forma zprostředkovatelské smlouvy při prodeji nemovitosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine optimal form of agency contract when selling the property through real estate. The thesis deals with contracts type and the author tries to recommend such contract being the most comfortable and safe as for sale period, contract validity, commission, mutual rights and obligations and would guarantee fast and unconcerned sale of property. The bachelor thesis is based on real data and cease of the company RE/MAX and based on those, comparison of individual contracts has been provided – average period of sale by individual types of properties, what disputes come from those contracts and what commissions are. As for methods being used in this thesis, the comparative method is used as well as analysis and numerical statements of sale period, contract validity or commission amounts. In conclusion, there is optimal form of agency contract recommended while selling the property. This thesis can serve to the wide public as support when deciding whether and what agency to use while selling the property.
