Hodnocení vlivu organizační kultury na angažovanost zaměstnanců

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the influence of organizational culture on the employee engagement in the surveyed company. The introductory part defines the theoretical background in organizational culture and engagement including definitions, elements and models. In the practical part is presented the selected company, its organizational structure and description of individual respondents, ie employees. Based on the questionnaire survey, the level of organizational culture and the level of employee involvement are assessed. Finally, proposals and recommendations for improving and enhancing the level of engagement are formulated.
