Abstract

This master thesis deals with influence of new technologies rounding cutting edge inserts its durability. It was implemented in the company Pramet Tools, s.r.o. Šumperk. It is concerned with production of inserts, supplied to the more than 50 countries World and acts on 4 continents. The introduction describes general characteristics and adjustments edge inserts in their manufacture. Another chapter is devoted to the draft conditions Experiment in the process of Polishing. It also thesis discusses the experimental part in which the above procedure along with the measured values. In the conclusion, there is the technical-economic evaluation and the findings was achieved if the required increase in durability new technologies rounding cutting edge inserts.
