Termodiagnostika dmyšné armatury vysoké pece

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na termodiagnostiku poruch dmyšných souprav vysoké pece. Úvodní část práce se zabývá problematikou technické diagnostiky a metodami využitelnými u dmyšných souprav. Následující kapitoly analyzují termodiagnostiku a její druhy, zejména termografii. Pro představu je v práci popis vysoké pece a její technologické poruchy. Cílem práce je provést vyhodnocení teplot naměřených termokamerou na dmyšných soupravách. Závěrečný okruh je věnován nalezeným poruchám a doporučení dalšího postupu.

This thesis focuses on thermodiagnostics of faults of blast furnace's tuyere stocks. The introductory part deals with technical diagnostics and tuyere stock diagnostics methods. The following chapters analyze thermodiagnostics and its varieties, especially thermography. To better illustrate the subject matter, the thesis also includes a description of blast furnaces and technological faults. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of temperatures measured with a thermal imager. The final chapter deals with the found faults and gives recommendations for further procedure.
