Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with concentration of degreasing substance Simple Green Extreme on purity of metal materials.The theoretical part of this bachelor’s thesis is focused on acquainting with the possibilities of surface treatment of metals. Primarily mechanical surface treatment and chemical surface treatment.The practical part of this bachelor’s thesis is oriented on acquainting with the work procedure in quality measurement of degreasing and describing every single used piece of equipment. The experimental part of this bachelor’s thesis is first of all dealing with measurement and evaluation of surface purity, which was examined using mass method. The most effective degreasing of the steel surface was achieved at Simple Green Extreme 1:10 at 5 minutes.
