Problematika provozu bezpilotních prostředků v ATZ veřejných vnitrostátních letišť ČR

Abstract

The topic of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAS) is becoming increasingly topical in the field of aviation and, above all, legislation must respond dynamically to it. In this thesis the current legislation on unmanned aerial vehicles related to the possibility of flight planning is elaborated. For flight planning in international public airport areas, grids have been developed to provide remote pilots of unmanned aerial vehicles with precise altitudes and limits, whereas something similar is still missing in domestic public airport areas. This issue is not yet published, the main obstacle being the unavailability of a digital model of the buffer zones according to which the grid heights are created. This thesis deals with the creation of a grid grid for the airport Hranice na Moravě.
