dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou tvářecích parametrů zkružováním ocelových trubek. Analytické práce byly provedeny na dvou reprezentantech trubek D377-16 a D406-45 představující tenkostěnný i tlustostěnný profil trubky z uhlíkové oceli 12040. Ohyby obou reprezentantů byly provedeny pro minimální poloměr ohybu a analyzovány v prostředí programu pro tepelně mechanické zpracování systémem QForm verze 4.3.2. Literární studie obsahuje rozbor používaných technologií, popis hlavních dějů a parametrů při ohýbání trubek.cs
dc.description.abstractThe point of this thesis is an analysis of roll bending parameters for steel tubes. The analysis was simulated on two tubes representants D377-16 and D406-45 which represent thin-walled and also thick-walled tube profile of carbon steel 12 040. The bend of both representants was performed for a minimal bend radius and was analyzed in software for termomechanical treatment called QForm version 4.3.2. Theoretical part of this thesis includes description of technology analysis, study of principal processes and bending parameters.en
