Abstract

In the theoretical part of the diploma work are mentioned basic information of properities and preparation of the substratum surface before the aplication of paint system (PS) with intent on mold casts from the grey cast iron. There is also discussed the question of the corrosion environs on the surface of substratum and the adhesion PS. In the experimental past is assessed the change of the roughness of the shot blasted surface by the influence corrosive attack in the corrosion environs with the different time interval and the influence of this attack for the adhesion PS. The found data are statiscically evaluated and there is profited the development trend of the roughness change of the surface and adhesion PS on the time dependence . On the basis of issues can be deduced that the time delay was not showed negatively for the adhesion of the basic PS in the monitored period.
