Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and subsequent strength check of the device for calibration of torque moment. Automotive gears testing equipment, for which this device will be used, is presented in the introductory chapter. There are several different solutions based on the requirements. One of those variants has been selected for a detailed check. The detailed design of the device for the calibration of torque is the core of this thesis. Design is followed by the strength check of the designed components in the critical areas. Assembly drawings, lists of items of the both calibration devices and the manufacture drawing for the upper sleeve are attached in the annex.
