Pneumatický lis

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of pneumatic press for the use in industrial production. The introductory section provides information on pneumatic components for the deduction of pressing force, their comparison in terms of air consumption, construction, and other aspects. On the basis of the analysis, the final element for the deduction of force is selected. The next part contains the design of the pneumatic circuit of the press which is controlled by a pneumatic principle. The circuit function is verified in the laboratory and then the pneumatic components from the pneumatic component manufacturer are selected.
