Abstract

This thesis includes an analysis of the function and technological requirements of the broaching machine for designing a new hydraulic drive and system. For defining hydraulic drive, considerably technological range of the working cycle is taken into account. The subject of the solution is also the design of a suitable type of hydraulic cylinder performing the main broaching movement. The individual parts of the hydraulic cylinder are specified taking into account more demanding working conditions. The thesis contains a specification of hydraulic and safety elements for the proposed system and a functional hydraulic diagram. For driving elements the thesis include electrical control requirements, including switching tables.
