Analýza výroby kovaných hlavní malorážových zbraní

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the manufacture of forged barrel with particular reference to the manufacturing technology (processing) and the description of important machines and tools, and their impact on the barrel quality. It specifically focuses on the bore and its roughness. Great influence on weapon quality has the semi-product preparation for forging. The issues relating to the preparation of such semi-product are analysed in the thesis. The second chapter describes and analyses the complete manufacturing process of the barrel. Important tools most affecting the bore quality as well as the surface treatment quality reached thereby are stated in the third chapter. The fifth chapter is devoted mainly to forging and its general evaluation from the point of view of the barrel quality and manufacturing productivity. The last chapter contains the whole manufacturing process of two concrete barrels manufactured in Česká zbrojovka.
