Protikorozní ochrana ocelových konstrukcí nátěrovými hmotami s obsahem zinkového prachu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the corrosion protection of steel structures paints containing zinc dust. The theoretical part focuses on corrosion and corrosion protection by organic coatings, respectively paint systems, surface preparation prior to application and the actual application of paints on steel structure. The practical part is focused on examining the mechanical and corrosion properties of the two paint systems. In the experiments were use a classic paints HEMPADUR 17360 Zinc and new HEMPADUR AvantGuard® 750. For the purpose of comparison the mechanical and corrosion properties were used in destructive tests, including tests in salt spray. At the end, the tests are evaluated and the results paint systems are compared.
