Analýza managementu sportovního zařízení STARS Třinec

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou managementu sportovního zařízení STARS Třinec. Cíl bakalářské práce je návrh opatření či řešení vedoucího k zefektivnění chodu a dalšímu rozvoji tohoto zařízení. V první části této práce jsme si teoreticky vymezili základní pojmy, které budeme následně v praktické části této práce používat. Druhá, tedy praktická část obsahuje přiblížení města Třince a celého komplexu STARS Třinec. Jako způsob, kterým byly získávány data, bylo užito tří výzkumných metod a to rozhovoru, dotazníku a SWOT analýzy. Z výsledků této analýzy byly navrženy čtyři opatření, které plní určený cíl bakalářské práce.

Bachelor thesis deals with management analysis of sports facility STARS Třinec. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to propose measures or solutions leading to more efficient operation and further growth of this facility. In the first part of this work, we have theoretically explained the basic terms that we will use in the practical part of this work. The second, the practical part contains a description of Třinec city and of the whole STARS Třinec facility. The data were collected using three research methods such as interview, a questionnaire and a SWOT analysis. From the results of this analysis, four measures were implemented, which fulfilled the aim of the bachelor thesis.
