Abstract
The objective of the bachelor thesis “Services Expansion Proposal of the Pension” is to find out, which services are needed to the Pension - Restaurant customers, and which should be done and built in the future. On the basis of mentioned above was to create the suggestion of those services, thanks to Pension - Restaurant could be competition resistant and thanks to Pension would contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part.
Theoretical part is directed on the notions determination from marketing, as the classification, properties and specificity of the services, marketing research and marketing mix of the services. In other part of the theory is characterized the Pension, its history and present.
Practical part involves the methodology of research which is divided into preparatory phase and implementation phase. The research was done directly in the pension on the basis of the questioning method, through a written questionnaire. Next chapters of the practical part are an analysis of the current situation of the Pension, offer the current services and competitor´s environment analyses. Last chapter of the practical part are the analysis of the results from the questionnaire and then finding out the opinions and suggestions of respondents and afterwards the recommendations for the services expansion and new services suggestions.
