Návrh na rozšíření služeb penzionu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Návrh na rozšíření služeb penzionu“ je zjistit, které služby návštěvníkům v penzionu - restaurantu schází, jaké by v budoucnu přivítali a rozšířili, popřípadě vybudovali. Na základě toho vytvořit návrh takových služeb, díky kterým by penzion odolal případné konkurenci a přispěl by ke zvýšení celkové návštěvnosti a spokojenosti. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části.

Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů z marketingu, jako jsou klasifikace, vlastnosti a specifika služeb, marketingový výzkum služeb a marketingový mix služeb. V další části teorie je charakterizován penzion, jeho historie a současnost.

Praktická část zahrnuje samotnou metodiku výzkumu, která se dělí na přípravnou fázi a realizační fázi. Samotný výzkum byl proveden přímo v penzionu na základě metody dotazování, prostřednictvím písemného dotazníku. Dalšími kapitolami praktické části jsou také analýza současné situace penzionu, tedy činnost poskytovaných služeb a analýza konkurenčního zařízení. Poslední kapitolou praktické části je analýza výsledků z dotazníku a tedy zjištění názorů a návrhů jednotlivých respondentů a poté následovné doporučení pro rozšíření služeb a návrh nových služeb.

The objective of the bachelor thesis “Services Expansion Proposal of the Pension” is to find out, which services are needed to the Pension - Restaurant customers, and which should be done and built in the future. On the basis of mentioned above was to create the suggestion of those services, thanks to Pension - Restaurant could be competition resistant and thanks to Pension would contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part.

Theoretical part is directed on the notions determination from marketing, as the classification, properties and specificity of the services, marketing research and marketing mix of the services. In other part of the theory is characterized the Pension, its history and present.

Practical part involves the methodology of research which is divided into preparatory phase and implementation phase. The research was done directly in the pension on the basis of the questioning method, through a written questionnaire. Next chapters of the practical part are an analysis of the current situation of the Pension, offer the current services and competitor´s environment analyses. Last chapter of the practical part are the analysis of the results from the questionnaire and then finding out the opinions and suggestions of respondents and afterwards the recommendations for the services expansion and new services suggestions.
