Zpracování a zhodnocení podnikatelského plánu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zpracování podnikatelského plánu. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy, poté jsou popsány jednotlivé části podnikatelského plánu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována popisu jednotlivých analýz, které jsou v bakalářské práci použity. Cílem této práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu, jehož předmětem je výroba a distribuce multifunkční mobilní aplikace, která bude sloužit zejména trenérům fitness center při organizování tréninků a k tvorbě tréninkových plánů. V praktické části je obsaženo celkem 5 analýz. Jedná se o Porterův model, PEST, analýza zainteresovaných stran, finanční analýzu a SWOT analýzu. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty veškeré poznatky z bakalářské práce, které byly na základě analýz zjištěny a je konstatováno, že cíl práce byl splněn

Bachelor thesis is focused on a creation and evalution of a business plan. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, then explains individual parts of the bussines plan. Special attention is paid to the description of analysis which are used. The main goal of bachelor thesis is creation and evalution of a business plan, which is focused on production and distribution of a multifunctional mobile application that will be used mostly by fitness trainers for creating training plans. The practical part contains 5 analyzes. These are Porter model, PEST, stakeholders analysis, financial and SWOT analysis. At the end of the thesis are summarized all findings from the barchelor thesis, which were based on analyzes and it is stated that the main goal has been achieved.
