Porovnání efektivnosti při odbavení cestujících na vybraných letištích v ČR

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with issue about check-in of passengers at Leos Janacek Ostrava Airport and Vaclav Havel Airport Prague and total efficiency during check-in proces. In the first part of bachelor thesis there are mentioned the basic characteristic od civil airports, its structure and role in operation of the air traffic. Next there are described a whole process of check-in of passenger and each methods of check-in. The second part is specific description of process of check-in at featured airports and comparison. The aim of the bachelor thesis is finding out methods which is contributing to the greatest efficiency and comparison two mentioned airports. In conclusion is designed potential possibilities which would lead to greater continuity of check-in. The conclusion is suggestions to increase efficiency in check-in at less effective airport.
