Návrh strategie vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Práce je orientována na zhotovení strategické analýzy vybrané obchodní společnosti s cílem navrhnout scénáře budoucího vývoje a doporučení pro management společnosti. Na základě odborné literatury jsou v teoretické části objasněny základní pojmy související s tématem diplomové práce. Jedná se o metody analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti, metody identifikace schopností a zdroje společnosti. Použité nástroje pro analýzu jsou PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, interní analýza a sumarizována pomocí SWOT analýzy. Analýza je zpracovaná na společnost VÍTKOVICE HAMMERING a.s., která se zabývá výrobou kovaných polotovarů a zpracování speciálních slitin.

The work is focused on making a strategic analysis of a choice business company in objective to design scenarios for future development and recommendations for management of company. Based on the literature, the theoretical part clarifies the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis. These are methods of analysis of the internal and external surroundings of the company, methods of identification of capabilities and resources of the company. The analysis tools used are PEST analysis, Porter's model of five forces, internal analysis and summarized using SWOT analysis. The analysis is processed by the company VÍTKOVICE HAMMERING a.s., which deals with the production of forged semi-finished products and the processing of special alloys.
