Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the process of ground handling of cargo plane at the Ostrava airport, and chosen project steering method will be applied to this process. The thesis contains a research part in which project management methods are described. In the next part, an analysis of the process of ground handling of the cargo plane at Ostrava airport is carried out. In the third part, the input conditions are described and one method of project steering is selected, which was subsequently applied. In the last part, the achieved results are evaluated.
