Testování břitových destiček při obrábění materiálu Inconel 625

Abstract

This thesis deals with testing of cutting tips during the turning of the material Inconel 625. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the nickel-based alloys and their machining. Total three types of the cutting tips have been tested from the point of view of wear during the machining and quality of the machined surface. The testing was conducted during the straight turning by the CNC lathe Mori Seiki SL - 403 at the constant cutting parameters, it was changed the feed only. The measured results presented in the last part of the thesis are leading to the evaluation of the replaceable cutting tips and the economic analysis regarding the prices of the individual cutting tips.
