Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to lay the foundations of the future development of the simple game engine focused on the strategy or RPG games mostly. In the thesis is presented the current state of the development and the expectations of the future. There is also outlined the concept of the game, which would be constructed on this engine. The content of the thesis is focused on the graphic section, the 3D depiction, and the simple optimalization of the scene. There is summarized the architecture of the developed engine and described the implementation of its important sections. I work on this engine with Lubomír Březina, who is occupied with the development of the artificial intelligence and with the sections of the engine which operate the network game.
