Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the remuneration system in selected company, which is integral part to HR department. In order to deliver the desired goals of the company, there must be set up such a system which take into the consideration all the aspects such as effective motivation of employees or fair remuneration. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there is described theoretical backround of the remuneration system with focusing on remuneration and job performance, job evaluation, wage forms, total rewards, strategic remuneration principles, wage increase and evaluation principles. In the next section, there is presented and characterized the company which has been choosen for the analysis. In the analytical part, there is described the procedure of the analysis which is focused on the evalution of the remuneration current state. This analysis has been made by the survey method. The last part is dedicated to the summary of the analysis. There are the overall results of the analysis icluding the recommendation to improve conditions in the company.
