Abstract

“Bachelor’s thesis concerns with a influence of personnel activities on the company performance. The aim was to analyze HR activities in a particular company. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains the concepts and describes the background to the topic according to professional literature. In the practical part, an analysis of selected personnel activities in a particular company was performed. Finally, concrete steps were formulated to maximize strengths and opportunities and suggestions to minimize weaknesses and threats. The evaluation was based on gathering information, questioning and monitoring internal documentation. The findings show that working with people is one of the most important activities that an employer can use to influence their results.”
