Hydraulický pohon lisu Filmpress

Abstract

This diploma work deals with the design of a hydraulic drive for the Filmpress press. The introduction describes the history of paper production. Besides that, the current technologies of paper production including the characteristics of the Filmpress are described there also. Based on the requirements for the Filmpress a hydraulic circuit was designed. Individual parts of the hydraulic aggregate were calculated. All the features necessary for the completion of the hydraulic aggregate were specified by three alternative producers. Based on the features of one chosen producer a complete 3D model of the given hydraulic aggregate was processed. Based on the features from the various producers that were applied, specific versions of the hydraulic aggregate were compared. In conclusion, the characteristics of the designed hydraulic aggregate were described including a description of its function and operating instructions.
