Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody, které jsou využívány při hodnocení výkonnosti podniku, detailně na model Balanced Scorecard. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav implementace modelu Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti BONATRANS GROUP a.s. Dále provést vlastní výzkum ve společnosti týkající se firemní strategie a modelu Balanced Scorecard. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky. V praktické části je popsán průběh a současná úroveň implementace modelu Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti BONATRANS GROUP a.s. V závěru jsou uvedena rizika spojená s využitím modelu ve společnosti a návrhy na jejich opatření.

This thesis is focused on methods that are used in evaluating business performance, detailed on Balanced Scorecard model. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model in BONATRANS GROUP company. Also do own research on corporate strategy and the Balanced Scorecard model in this company. The first section summarizes the theoretical knowledge. The practical part describes the process and the current state of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model in the BONATRANS GROUP a.s. In conclusion are listed risks of using the Balanced Scorecard model in this company and suggestion to prevent them .
