Abstract
Topology optimization is relativly new tool used in industry for innovative designs. This master thesis deals with study of topology optimization and proposes program solving this problem for spacial structural task in software MATLAB. Thesis describes mathematical theory needed for understanding of topology optimization. This means describtion of material model, mathematic optimization and filtering method. Also process of finding optimizated shape is mentioned. Thesis explains influence of input parameters and their appropriate values. Thesis presents appropriate approaches of topology optimization and also in detail explains evaluation of solution. Partial solutions are verified by commercial software ANSYS Workbench 19.2.
