Mezigenerační analýza spotřebitelského chování na trhu vlakové dopravy

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo zkoumat spotřebitelské chování v oblasti vlakové dopravy v České republice s ohledem na generace. Konkrétním cílem bylo identifikovat rozdíly v nákupech, preferencích a spokojenosti zákazníků mezi jednotlivými generacemi. V rámci výzkumu byl použit kvantitativní přístup a data byla sbírána prostřednictvím online dotazníku. Respondenti byli rozděleni do kategorií podle věku a výsledky byly prezentovány prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek. Výzkum zahrnoval celkem 190 respondentů a probíhal v období od března do dubna 2023. Výsledky ukázaly, že existují významné rozdíly v nákupních chování, preferencích a spokojenosti zákazníků mezi jednotlivými generacemi. Nejvýraznější rozdíly byly pozorovány mezi mladšími a staršími generacemi. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu mohou být užitečné pro vlakové společnosti v České republice při zacílení na konkrétní segmenty zákazníků, zlepšení kvality služeb a zvýšení jejich ziskovosti.

The aim of this thesis was to investigate consumer behaviour in train transport in the Czech Republic with regard to generations. Specifically, the aim was to identify differences in purchases, preferences and customer satisfaction between generations. A quantitative approach was used in the research and data was collected through an online questionnaire. Respondents were categorized by age and the results were presented through graphs and tables. The research included a total of 190 respondents and was conducted between March and April 2023. The results showed that there are significant differences in shopping behaviour, preferences and customer satisfaction between generations. The most significant differences were observed between younger and older generations. The results of this research may be useful for train companies in the Czech Republic in targeting specific customer segments, improving service quality and increasing their profitability.
